The Life of Pearls is fronted by the Ottawa-Toronto performance duo of Producer/Songwriter Timothy Trieste and vocalist Shann Bailey. The Life of Pearls concerts feature a unique and engaging presentation of narrative storytelling and multimedia (written and produced by Trieste.)

Recipient of the juried 2022 City of Ottawa arts award, The Life of Pearls inspired record album “Into The Beautiful Blue” (on Sound of the Muse Records) features 14 beautifully rendered original songs, infusing the singer songwriter and adult contemporary genre with jazz inspired song arrangements, lush in melodic poetry, and featuring the sultry lead vocals of Shann Bailey and her signature backing vocal arrangements,. On guitars, percussion and backing vocals, Timothy Trieste leads a stellar band of studio musicians: Peter Brown, Nelson Martins and Peter Grant Makechnie on keys, Jamie Holmes and Mike McNeil on drums, and Charles Richer and Alex Mastronardi on bass.
